I went to order through 7NOW and was charged for the order but I do not have a receipt in order history and it doesnt show that there is an active order. I would love a refund.

Y'all have *** delivery drivers who drive with they husbands who like to pound on people's door and try to steal Thier PAID for order I am beyond disbelief about how disrespectful Veronica J. Refund - waiting since September 2021

Order#163244****85638 from 9/23/2021 was to be refunded. Had to reorder, they said order returned. 7-11 delivery NEVER showed up. I was waiting on the porch and also a video camera on site. I have been promised a refund, given excuses, asked for more information and after weeks and weeks jumping through hoops and told I need to contact someone else. Please refund the $ 61.10 asap into the account You took it out from.

I placed a 65 dollar order and I didn't get half the order and they never refunded me my 27 dollars trying to see why is that, very unprofessional then there is no way of contacting anyone not even the store! I need answers, never got an email or nothing

I was charged for my last 3 orders, but never received them. I was waiting home the entire time, even checked on the status of my deliveries, but my orders did not arrive. What did arrive were messages saying sorry we missed you. I've contacted them several times but still have not received my refunds. This is theft. I will now have to initiate further action.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from 7-11 Now for delivery. They seem to have hooked up with DoorDash in order to scam people.
